AGNONI creates authentic products at your tables, products that still have the flavor of the past! AGNONI does not use additives or preservatives, only natural ingredients such as salt, vinegar and oil. The ingredients grown locally come from controlled crops, for which chemical fertilizers or pesticides are not used, and which are transformed according to the recipes of the family tradition, with methods still largely artisanal.
Agnoni has a long tradition of olive trees deeply rooted and appreciated by both the Romans and the nobles living in Rome during the Renaissance. Today, the Agnoni family continues this ancient tradition passed down from generation to generation by the farmers of Cori. The family estate produces three varieties of olives typical of the area: Frantoio, Leccino and the esteemed Itrana. Their harmonious fusion gives rise to two different oils which are the same used to prepare our petroleum products.
