Pastificio Maiella has been producing artisanal pasta since 1946. It is located in Pretoro in the heart of Majella National Park, where the air is healthy and the water used for the pasta comes directly from virgin sources. Every day, the pasta factory strives to transmit these aromas and flavors of pasta from the past. The pasta is made by hand with raw bronze dies and slowly dried at low temperature to maintain the characteristics and nutritional values of the products.
